Public Procurement network
Who can help you ? Contact points
You run a company in a participating country and you face a problem with a public procurement procedure in an other country of the network than yours.
PPN contact points can help !
As a matter of fact, the PPN works through a set of contact points in the participating countries who cooperate closely. The main idea is to find a solution before the contract has been awarded and signed, while it still is possible to change the outcome of the competition.
The contact points mutually agree to act in accordance with the guidelines set out below in the booklet : " guidance for companies prevented from competing in foreign markets because of discriminatory public procurement practices ". This guide explains how the PPN problem-solving function works.

Your National contact point is a central government procurement policy official with whom you must get in touch. The PPN contact will then approach the relevant counterpart abroad in order to find out a solution.
Beware: You must get in touch with your National PPN contact point, regardless of the PPN country in which you meet a difficulty.
